Yet Still I Rise is dedicated to helping women rise from the ashes of life and find their strength again. It’s a space created especially for women who are ready to overcome life’s challenges and soar to new heights.
Imagine a phoenix lifting from the ground, spreading her wings wide, and launching into the sky with incredible strength and grace. She soars high, letting the world know she is back and more powerful than ever.

A Little about me
Welcome to my website!
I am a budding HR professional with a BSc in Human Resources from Plymouth University. Currently, I am completing my Associate Diploma in Human Resources with the CIPD, the governing body for HR in the UK. In my spare time, I serve as an endometriosis and mindset coach, as well as a health enthusiast.
The most significant role I cherish is being a new mommy to an amazing little toddler, a joy that came into my life after many years of battling endometriosis and overcoming a negative mindset.
Thankfully, I have healed from both, and I have had the privilege of teaching many women how to achieve the same transformation.
I am a firm believer in the power of prayer, meditation, therapy, and positive affirmations. These practices can help us become better for ourselves first, and then for others. Thank you for joining me on this journey towards wellness and empowerment
After years of suffering from Endometriosis, there are 3 pillars that we stand on:
Empowering Women to Overcome Menstrual Pain and Endometriosis
At our core, we are dedicated to supporting women who suffer from long-term menstrual pain, particularly endometriosis, as well as general period pain. Our holistic approach focuses on healing the body through Mindset, Diet, Mental Growth, Lifestyle Changes, and viewing the body as a temple deserving of care and respect.
By embracing these methods, we aim to create a positive impact and demonstrate that true healing is possible—moving beyond mere pain management, contraceptives, and other potentially harmful solutions.
I am an endometriosis survivor. Yes, a survivor! After enduring this debilitating disease for over two decades, accompanied by ongoing mental traumas, I found my path to healing.
My struggle began at 16 with excruciating pain, and at 28, I was diagnosed with endometriosis following a major surgery to remove a large mass on my left ovary. Losing my ovary crushed my self-esteem, leaving me fearful that my dream of having children was over. Personal losses compounded my despair, but over time, I found the strength to rise above it all. And so can you!
My journey to healing began with my mind and then extended to my body. Since 2019, I have been free from endometriosis, a fact confirmed by a surgeon and witnessed by a nurse practitioner in the UK. Words cannot express my joy and relief.
Now, I am on a mission to help as many women as possible minimize or eradicate this vicious disease.
